As a subscriber, you will receive the weekly AI No FOMO digest and occasional service-related emails (billing receipts, policy updates, account notices). These service emails are necessary for operating your subscription and cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is active.

We may also send optional marketing emails about new features or special offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us at support@ainofomo.com.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Paddle: Your name, email, and payment information are shared with Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited) to process your subscription. Paddle's Privacy Policy governs their use of your data
  • Email service provider: Your email address is shared with our email delivery provider to send you the digest and account communications
  • Analytics providers: We may use third-party analytics services (such as privacy-respecting tools) to understand aggregate usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is shared for this purpose
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AI No FOMO, its users, or the public

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you logged into your account and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels for ad targeting.

We may use analytics cookies (in privacy-respecting configurations) to understand how subscribers use the Service. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect your ability to log in and use certain features.

We retain your personal information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation (typically 12 months), in case you return or to resolve disputes. Payment transaction records may be retained longer as required by law.
