30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the value of AI No FOMO. If you subscribe and are not satisfied within the first 30 days, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. To request a refund within the 30-day window, simply email us at support@ainofomo.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the original subscription start date
  • The subscription is in its first billing period (the guarantee applies to first purchases, not renewals)
  • Your account has not been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

Refunds for renewal charges (after the first billing period) are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your subscription renewed unexpectedly and you did not intend to continue, contact us promptly and we will do our best to help.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@ainofomo.com with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date you subscribed (or your receipt number from Paddle)
  • A brief note about what prompted the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We will process your request within 3 business days. Refunds are issued via Paddle back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our payment provider and Merchant of Record. When we approve a refund, Paddle issues the credit back to the payment method you used at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle when the refund is initiated.

If you paid with a credit card, the refund will appear on your card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. PayPal refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days.

Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two separate actions:

  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund your current billing period. You retain access until the period ends
  • Refund returns money already paid. Within the 30-day window, this refund is automatic. Outside that window, refunds are handled individually

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. To cancel, log in and navigate to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the original subscription start date (for first-period guarantee claims)
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Situations where refund abuse is suspected (repeated subscribe-refund cycles)

Billing Disputes

If you notice an unexpected charge from Paddle on your statement, please contact us at support@ainofomo.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can typically resolve billing issues quickly and a chargeback may result in immediate account suspension. Charges from AI No FOMO will appear on your statement as "Paddle.com*AINOFOMO" or similar.
